The nature of the network
The London Restructuring Network is a network of established, independent restructuring professionals. It is not a firm, partnership or corporate adviser, and it does not itself provide services. Each member practises independently, contracts directly with the client and is solely responsible for the services they provide.
Engagement of members
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services or the acceptance of an appointment. Any engagement begins only when a member and the client have agreed written engagement terms setting out scope, fees, duration and the basis of appointment.
Independence and conflicts
Members are independent of lenders, advisers and sponsors. Before accepting an appointment a member will assess and disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest and will decline or manage the appointment accordingly.
No advice
The content of this website is general information about restructuring and the experience of our members. It is not legal, financial, insolvency, tax or investment advice, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for advice on your specific circumstances.
Professional indemnity
Members maintain professional indemnity cover appropriate to the appointments they accept. Details of cover applicable to a particular engagement are confirmed in that member’s engagement terms.
Confidentiality
Enquiries made through this website are treated in confidence. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The content, layout and branding of this website belong to the London Restructuring Network or its members and may not be reproduced or republished without permission.
Third-party links
This website links to third-party sites, including members’ own firms and LinkedIn profiles. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those sites.
Liability
